Elgin Counselling Centre is here to help

Counselling can be helpful for anyone, with or without a mental health diagnosis.

Some examples that people seek counselling for include depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, abuse, bereavement and loss, and many more. Elgin Counselling Centre is the first of its kind in Elgin where you can find all your counselling requirements under one roof, in an easy-to-access location whilst remaining discreet and confidential.

Feeling lost? helpless? in mental turmoil?

We offer confidential, face-to-face, online and telephone counselling which is a different experience for each client as we are all unique individuals. Our aim is to accept you as you are, to hear and understand you, and enter into a therapeutic relationship that is real and genuine, in which we can help you to identify your issues and resolutions. We offer a safe place to explore feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental setting.
